Bernadette Kisaalu


Bernadette Kisaalu is a solicitor with over 10 years commercial legal experience. She works for a global telecommunications company, BT Plc, specialising in Consumer Law, heading up a team of three lawyers. On a daily basis she advises BT’s Consumer division on a range of legal matters in connection with its Broadband, Voice, Mobile, TV and Sport products and services which touch over nine million UK households.

Bernadette is the Deputy Chair of BT’s Ethnic Diversity Network. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and making a difference by pushing the boundaries and challenging the status quo. She is a mentor to aspiring lawyers and also manages BT’s Social Mobility Business Partnership scheme which seeks to help young people from ethnic minority backgrounds pursue careers in law and finance.
