Katie Graham

Finance and Operations Lead

Katie looks after all things behind the scene that help set us up to succeed in the way we do business.

This is our HOW person:

“ok, we’ve got a big vision, we’ve got funding to make it happen; HOW are we going to not only
deliver what we need to, but create a future where Sour Lemons is sustainably bringing about
change?”

Before Sour Lemons…

Katie was Assistant Director of the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation (ICSR) – a research centre at the Department of War Studies, King’s College London since 2017. In this role, she was responsible for the logistics of all projects, events, finances, fundraising, all internal and external communications and online activities as well as the day to day running of the centre. Joining ICSR as Head of Operations in 2009, she has organised numerous major conferences, workshops and events.

Katie served as programme manager for a project that brought together young leaders from Israel and the Arab World to study together for the past ten years. The Fellows came to King’s College London for a period of two months in order to develop their ideas on how to further peace and understanding in the Middle East. In addition to this Katie organised international bi-annual meetings for the alumni network.

Katie holds a BA in War Studies and an MA in Intelligence and International Security, both from the War Studies Department, King’s College London.
