We want to ensure systemic barriers that prevent diverse leadership from thriving are addressed too.

We do this by placing those who have been excluded from the conversation, at the heart of reshaping it.

  • Bespoke Interventions: Designing programmes, facilitating workshops and creating processes that are fully inclusive for a diverse group of people 
  • Motivational talks: pushing forward the diversity and inclusion conversation

The types of projects we’ve worked on: 

🍋Running the recruitment outreach for the Somerset House Creative Careers Academy to find young people from diverse backgrounds who don’t know about creative job choices 

🍋Designing and delivering an inclusive selection process for the Red Bull Amaphiko Academy. Working with the UK and South Africa teams to create a fun, inspiring and valuable selection weekend to find 15 social entrepreneurs with lived experience at the start of their journey. 

🍋Motivational Talks and panel discussions at places like City Hall, Ravensbourne University, British Youth Parliament, Pioneers Post, UnLtd and IETM. 

🍋Consulting on the Science Gallery London’s Young Leaders Programme and facilitating workshops on Telling Your Narrative and Productivity.
