Chloe Osborne

Critical Friend

Chloe is our Critical Friend and has been loyally by our side, prodding, questioning and holding up a mirror since the earliest days of lemonade making.
This is our ‘how might we’ person
Chloe has a million ways of creatively exploring problems and is an expert questioner, provocateur and agitator!
Chloe is an artist, agitator and creative producer who makes work designed to engage the public in issues that are important for social change.  Inspired by service design thinking, she works collaboratively with communities, artists, organisations and institutions to design projects, disruptions and arts experiences in the public realm or bespoke environments.
She works with creative and cultural organisations to explore their approaches to participation and community engagement – holding a mirror to enable them to re(see) the adaptive potential and reach of their work.
A member of the Change Collective,, she has recently been commissioned by British Council, People United, Hull City of Culture, Barbican, Borough Of Culture, Autograph ABP and Heritage Lottery Fund –  building a body of work which falls under the title ‘Radical Acts of Resistance’ and seeks to explore how public interventions can both provide insight and incite action.
